Join the AOC APG-Susquehanna Roost Chapter for our next Lunch and Learn event, “RF Recording: Advantages & Analysis”. This talk will discuss the advantages of RF recording. We will explore why RF Recording is an important tool, as well as why the IQ format is used. This session will also present information on system considerations, storage, and data pipe limitations. Two live demonstrations will demonstrate short and long recordings and analysis. Presenter: Mr. James Wargo, Principal Engineer, CRFS James Wargo is a Senior Factory Applications Engineer for CRFS, where he has worked for the past 12 years. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years as an RF Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman in Buffalo, NY. Mr. Wargo holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, with a concentration in RF principles. He has worked in the RF and EW field for 30 years and has been a member of AOC for the majority of his career. Mr. Wargo has traveled the world providing technical expertise and onsite customer support for a variety of defense and commercial applications. He has extensive experience in signal geolocation and spectrum management techniques. He lives in Buffalo, NY, where he enjoys fishing for salmon and walleye with his family. Additional Information:
