Title - Radar Fundamentals

Description – This is an introduction to RADAR Basics.  The presentation will cover, The Radar Range Equation, Pulsed Compression and FMCW Radar, Radar Measurements as well as Threat Simulation and Analysis.

Presenter - Steve Sanelli, Solution Engineer, Keysight Technologies

Steve Sanelli is a Senior RF/uW Solutions engineer who has been with Keysight Technologies/Agilent/Hewlett-Packard Company since 1994.  Steve supports all of Keysight’s RF products; such as, signal analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers and RF applications of oscilloscopes.  He has developed specialties in vector signal analysis, surveillance, satellite test, EMC and now electronic warfare.  Before coming to his present position, Steve worked for the Naval Air Warfare Center in the Acoustics Development Division where he developed passive and active sonobuoys and systems.  Steve has a B.S.E.E. and a Master’s in Engineering in Acoustics from The Pennsylvania State University.
