Description: Mr. Giorgio Bertoli, Assistant Director, Spectrum Dominance & Intelligence portfolio, will provide insights on available career progression pathways as well as skill sets the presenter believes are highly useful for career advancement.  While the presentation is specifically geared for government employees, it is hoped that much of the content could be directly relatable to other organizations.

Presenter: Mr. Giorgio Bertoli, Assistant Director, Spectrum Dominance & Intelligence portfolio, Research & Technology Integration (RTI) Directorate, C5ISR Center

Mr. Giorgio Bertoli is currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Spectrum Dominance and Intelligence Portfolio as part of the Research & Technology Integration (RTI) Directorate within the C5ISR Center. In this role he is responsible for leading the execution of state-of-the-art S&T research in Cyber, Electronic Warfare, Tactical Communications, Radar, Intelligence, and Platform Protection. With 28 years of federal service, Mr. Bertoli has extensive government experience in Research and Development and military tactics both as a civilian and former Soldier.
